The ProZero 12m Walk Around is designed for emission free operations and is 100% electric. Depending on needs the battery pack can be doubled in size. The engine package is compatible with autonomous and remote operations. The layout of technical installations is prepared for a future installation of a fuel cell.

The wide hull ensures a high stability, making the workboat ideal for operations in aquaculture paired with the low impact propulsion package. The boat is significantly lighter than the market average which benefits fuel consumption and adds to the already proven seaworthiness.

The design of the ProZero cabin ensures a huge amount of daylight, this also improves the personal comfort. The open layout of the cabin gives a near 360-degree view from the operator’s position.

The deck layout is with minimal clutter and enables work to be performed over both sides with the walk around cabin centrally placed.

The boat is made of a combination of glass and carbon fibre as a sandwich construction with PVC as core material. 12M Pilot Vessel

The ProZero 12-metre Pilot Vessel is powered by a pair of QSB7 Cummins engines with ZF 280-A gearboxes. The engines are rated at 350bhp, providing a speed of 25 knots and a cruise speed of 20 knots. The engines run very economically. Other engines and propulsion systems are available on request. The ProZero 12m Pilot is constructed in GRP vacum infused sandwich laminate giving the hull structure added buoyancy while reducing weight significantly.

The ProZero 12m Pilot is 13 metres L.O.A. The Pilot vessel features a large deck area and has heavy-duty fenders with an reinforcement at the bow to allow for pushing operations. Diagonal fenders have been fitted for added protection of the vessel. The vessel comes fitted with a large hydraulically transom platform to ensure safe and easy recovery of personnel from the water.

The spacious cabin is fitted with air suspended seating for 6 pilots and 2 crew members. A full electronic package is installed at the helm giving helmsman outstanding command of the vessel and clear visibility of all the displays. The navigator has a dedicated position at starboard with radio and navigation equipment at hand. The vessel is equipped with CCTV below deck for monitoring of all under deck compartments. A toilet with washbasin is installed inside the cabin.

With its large deck and wide array of configuration options, the 12m ProZero Oil Recovery workboat is an incredibly durable utility platform that can be tailored to a broad range of requirements. This particular 12m ProZero Oil Recovery workboat is intended for oil spill response missions.

The boat benefits from the same robust construction as its larger, ocean-going siblings. Like all ProZero boats, the hull is moulded from vacuum infused composite materials which help to secure outstanding strength and performance. 12M Light Diving Vessel

This 12m ProZero DC LDV – Light Diving Vessel is a purpose designed 12m diving daughter craft that features a V-bottom hull shape for stability in a stationary diving operation. The vessel is built to meet the stringent requirements of its diving operations clients and classification societies. The 12m ProZero DC Light Diving Vessel, is equipped with two high performance diesel engines driving highly maneuverable waterjets, achieving a speed of +30 knots, (other propulsion available on request). The fully air-conditioned full beam cabin provides an uninterrupted panoramic view, and is besides the driver’s seat, fitted with seats for diving personnel, 1 seat for the coxswain, and a panel to mount dive control console for 3-diver operation. The ProZero 12m DC LDV is designed for the function of conducting diving operations in locations that are not accessible by larger DSVs or for underwater inspections. The craft is deployed off a mother vessel via a dedicated launch and recovery davit. The boat has a diving deck at the aft where the diver enters the water using a single spine ladder deployed at the aft. There is
